ABOUT G.R.A.S.

For over 30 years, G.R.A.S. has served as a design and manufacturing leader for fine-designer sterling silver jewelry, as well as a promoter and creator of authentic Israeli art and artifacts in Israel. Through unique designs, meticulous manufacturing standards, and a specialty in blending ancient and modern aesthetics, G.R.A.S. jewelry and artifacts serve as a piece of art inspired by Israel.

G.R.A.S. was established through a desire to create jewelry that is as unique as the wearer, allowing the individuality of both the person and the piece to shine. G.R.A.S. jewelry pieces are crafted using a combination of sterling silver, gold, mixed metals, semi-precious gems and stones, diamonds, and Roman Glass. We pride ourselves in our ability to transform the highest-quality raw materials into one-of-a-kind works of art, handmade in Israel by our jewelry artists. New jewelry collections are released in stores and online several times a year.

Our Story

Creativity and innovation has always been a part of our DNA. Starting out in a small room underneath a family home in Haifa, G.R.A.S. founders learned the foundation of Israeli design when they began producing artistic silk prints, and working in ceramics, glass, and wood to create various products. In 1989, the first G.R.A.S. store was established. Through the creative exploration that came with this new venture, the heart and soul of G.R.A.S. was born - designing and manufacturing jewelry. As a result of their dedication to Israeli culture, design, and art, G.R.A.S. expanded beyond jewelry to include a variety of Israeli art and artifacts within their catalogue, contributing to their mission of offering unique and memorable pieces that provide customers with a piece of Israel with every purchase.

In 2008, G.R.A.S. purchased the Israel Government Coins & Medals Corporation (IGCMC) and The Holy Land Mint from the Government of Israel. These were consolidated into the Israel Coins & Medals Corporation (ICMC), providing G.R.A.S. customers with access to a large variety of coins and medals made with precious metals, commemorative items, antiquities, replicas, and Israeli fine art and artifacts. Customers have the opportunity to access a selection of authentic Israeli giftware that comes in diverse styles, unique designs, and varying materials and price points. These serve as the perfect gift for a variety of occasions, inspired by and reflecting the culture and heritage of Israel.
