RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

G.R.A.S. will exchange or accept back any item purchased online through this website as outlined below, provided that the item has not been worn or used, and is returned in its original packaging with no defects or signs of wear and tear, along with the original receipt and/or email confirmation. To initiate the process to return or exchange an item, please contact G.R.A.S. by submitting the form at https://designbygras.com/eng/contact.

 G.R.A.S. products may be returned or exchanged as follows:

• An order can be exchanged or canceled and returned within 14 days following the delivery of the item. The cost for return shipping to G.R.A.S. is $35 + $30 fees for customs clearance and transportation. For exchanges, the new product will include a FedEx Express Shipping cost of $15 + $25 fees for customs clearance and transportation, as well as any difference in the product price. 
• To exchange or cancel your order and return the product, please contact G.R.A.S. by submitting the form at https://designbygras.com/eng/contact. The cancelation of an order and full refund will be honored on the condition that the item purchased has not been worn or used, and is returned in its original packaging with no defects or signs of wear and tear, along with the original receipt and/or email confirmation. The refund of payment will be provided once the order is received by G.R.A.S. and any related processing fees are deducted that may be required for the return. 
• For any special or custom orders, or orders that requested a special personalization, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. 
• All products are housed at G.R.A.S. warehouses in Israel and undergo strict quality control measures. However, if there is any damage found upon receipt of an ordered item, please take a picture of the piece as soon as the product is received and contact G.R.A.S. by submitting the form at https://designbygras.com/eng/contact. If the damage is found to be at no fault of the recipient, the product can be returned for a full refund. If you receive a defective item, G.R.A.S. will make every effort to exchange it for a new piece or if necessary, cancel the order and provide a full refund as noted.
